so if you wanted a logo and then a banner next to it, you basically put the html for it in the section above. and yes, i removed the logo from the edit interface in ning.

Ning uses PHP code to generate HTML. They cut off our access to the PHP code last October. You can add a div to any Ning page using jQuery, see ther jQuery docs: http://docs.jquery.com/Main_Page
I found these codes as well but I can get them to work either. Maybe its just because Im a newb to this. lol.
