Hi everyone. I have recently finished a project on the Ning platform, and I am looking for more work. I have reasonable rates, I respect timelines, and conduct business in a professional manner.
I can monetize your site, including memberships, advanced searches, chat applications, advertisements or just about anything else you might need.
I have a good working relationship with Mike from Ning support services, where I can get inside tips and tricks.
If you are interested in hiring my services, you can contact me at pirificio@hotmail.com or call me at (306) 880-4403.
can you change my ning url to my domain ur; So instead of messages etc carrying the www.myurl.ning.com, i want to remove the reference to ning from all messages. I already have my own domain set up and is paying ning for the use of my url, but that is a scam Ning is running as there is no need to pay for that service at this time. because they don't change it to your url.
Yes, I can do this for you. It's a problem a lot of people find, and of course it is in Ning's best interest to have your domain include a reference to their service. However it can be done rather quickly if you know what to do. I can do this for you for $50.
If your interested email me directly at pirificio@hotmail.com.
Thanks,
Ryan Hunter.
We are looking to add tags to groups in the database (either by creating a new field associated with each group or by using the description field as a tag field instead). Using these tags we will have two different set of groups, distinguished by their "tags", that can be accessed through menu bar links which are actually searches of the groups. (Hopefully this makes sense).
This is the last piece of site development we need to finish prior to launching the site, but our developers are a bit hung up on it. What would you charge to work through this issue with us?
My rate is $75 per hour and I require a $250 retainer upfront with the remainder to be paid upon completion. If your interested, please reply to my email addy at pirificio@hotmail.com.
Hello: I would like to incorporate "On-Line Dance Battles" into my network. This requires the following functionality
1) Ability to allow users to upload or import 60 second clips of footage and then submit the clip as a "challenge" against another video clip. It would be a dance battle, and users would have the opportunity to VOTE on which clip they prefer.
2) Rankings - thes results of the dance battles would produce a ranking system,. where users can see who the most successful dancers are.
3) Mash-Ups / Video Editing. Users would be able to create their own video compilations on the Network, similar to Jumpcut.com. They could select clips from different video offerings, create transitions in the editing, and add their own music.
4) Style of Application would need to be 2.0 - very user friendly and intuitive.
This is a long-term project and I look forward to working with any experienced developer who understands the concept and can implement it.
I can do either. I find that I usually end up doing a combination of both. A flat rate for the project which is clearly defined, and then a per hour rate for any additions that come along as the project progresses.
I am looking to have someone develop a ning social network from a fully developed concept. The social network much have a CRM component, allowing community emails sent outside the community walls. Also, are you aware of (brief) polling functionality that can be embedded in the outgoing emails?
Please send links to projects you have completed. I am looking to move fairly quickly. Thanks.
Hi
Our Ning network is at http://community.parosweb.com. It was CSS customized before some big changes that had happened at Ning a couple of years ago and we had preferred then to decentralize our network.
Apparently we need to come back now to standard code. Can you help? Basically we just need to keep exactly the same look.
Thanks
Nicolas Stephanou

Ryan, looking for an application to allow members to keep track of their daily workouts (running, walking, biking, swimming) like www.DailyMile.com or "I Just Ran" on facebook.
