We need some fairly extensive custom theming as well as widget development for our mygizmoz.ning network, which includes both Ning and OScommerce. Some of the work would be in flash, but it's not mandatory that you work in flash - we can farm out that part to another freelancer.
We would like to get started soon, so if you're interested please email me at f.lewis@mygizmoz.com and I'll send you some details.
Looking for a developer to create a widget that users can use to upload documents (much like photos and videos) and use the iPaper API from Scribd to view documents.
Have you done anything like this? If not, do you know someone who can?
Not sure what more information you need. I have HTML that I would like to wrap into my Sign Up form without accessing the source code. The auto-responder fields will be added in a script somehow to my Ning site.
You will need to be familiar with HTML and Aweber to implement this.
I believe it can be done but it needs an expert with code. We use Elance Escrow for our projects and I have no problem putting 100% of the fee into escrow until completion. I was robbed to the tune of $22,000 last year by developers requesting 50% fees up front, so I understand your concern. Escrow keeps us both involved. Money cannot be released unless both parties agree.

I am pretty sure it can be done but it is out of my reach.
