Selected Ning Apps now available through an Apache 2.0 License

OpenSocial Documentation v1.0.9 released, now available as HTML

Hi Everyone!

A new iteration of the Ning Apps documentation has been uploaded, with the following items:

Added ning.app.Field("DESCRIPTION") and ning.app.Field("TAGLINE") as a way to get a Ning Network's description and tagline
Added Twitter Tracker and Top Friends to the Ning github repository
