Rearrange Tabs Tutorial Not Working

I copied the code into my advanced Tracking Code box the exact way it is right now. It does not change one thing!

Is there an error in the code or is there something I have to add to the code in order for it to work?

While we are on the subject of tab rearrangement...
I have tried many times to rearrange the tabs on our site.
I have had success in rearranging the tabs but always get the problem of the tabs 'jumping'.
I hope you know what I mean by that! Basically the tabs when rearranged don't always immediately sit in their new homes there is a slight pause!
I have been trying to find a solution to this for a while...
Each time I end up reverting to the original.
Is there a problem because I have added new pages and also a tab which links to our external website.

Can you advise at all?

all i wanted to do was hide the tabs, but now i have come up with a different solution:

isFirstOrderFeature type="number">0
