customizing profile questions

Hi everyone,
I want to customize profile questions under "manage">"profile questions"
Firstly, I need a combo box for a question but there is not a "combo box" option in the answer type. How can I add combo box option?
Secondly, I want to decrease the size of text boxes and put boxes side by side.
Shortly how can I reach the source code of the profile question to customize the questions?

1. Well it is there. When you add a new question, select "Multiple choice" from the "answer type". And tick "can pick more than one" option. This will enable you to give multiple options for the answer and the liberty to choose more than one option.

Eg : If a question is..."your interests"...a person can pick more than one options.

And for a question like..."your favourite color"...you can uncheck the "can pick more than one" option. That way you can add many options but the user can pick only one.

So, you have the liberty of choosing the answer type.

2. Source code for the question - I am not really sure about it. Maybe you would like to edit the language you are currently using for the words that you would like to use.

I mean "drop down select list" by saying combo box. I may be mistaken but I call it combo box.

I need a select list for a question like "which city do you live?"

How do i hide the text on a "hidden" "private" question - it comes up in the profile and just looks plain ugly.

it's a - do you understand terms and conditions - tick box - ??
i guess if there is another way ??
