How can we put Small Icons on the left side of tab?

I would like to add small icons on the left side of each tab.I downloaded it from google. Then what changes in the CSS shall I make?

VG - if you're comfortable with CSS and a relatively non-complicated nav menu, try using the background properties of CSS to use those images as backgrounds, and then add some padding-left to it. If there's enough demand I can make a tutorial for it...
