How to show full blogs contents in list ?

Hi,
I'm looking a way to show in the home page of the network in the section "blog posts" the full contents of the blogs listed.

The same thing I need when I show the list of blogs searched by the URL like this

http://example.ning.com/profiles/blog/list?tag=example

Is there a simple (minimal code modification) way to achieve such features ?

I'm looking for a url syntax to list complete blog posts not only the details (previews: the first lines of the posts).

With this syntax I get the previews:
http://example.ning.com/profiles/blog/list?tag=poem
