Popularity/Reputation

Hello,

I have seen this on several other sites, and I would like to ask if someone knows a way to implement "Popularity" or "Reputation" points.

This way members get points for their activites, and the amount is visible on their profile. That way people would be more interested in network-activites as blogging, photos etc.

NingMods.com has this I am not sure if it allows you to change the name from points to something els but if you ask Thom he will help you out.
