Sub Header artwork is showing up on interior pages, across headline - help!

Under my blogs and forums, the underline/artwork for my sub headers is appearing. See image. Let me know how to I can get rid of this. Thanks!

I know it dose this but I haven't ever really needed to disable it so I will look into it.

Well after trying a few thing's I do not think this is possiable.

it seems that the artwork is associated to the user that made the post. Maybe create a seperate user/admin for posting reasons with no artwork or a white box. I dont see a way to have the artwork not show
