Error adding friends

I have two problems with 'Friends' function:
1. Sometime I see plus sign and I can click on it to add a friend, but it gives me error message See attached image

2. Sometime I do not see add a function (plus) at all. What is the problem?

This problem has been acuring because you are trying to do somthing on that page before it is finished loading so somtime's it stop's loading. So I sudjest trying again but when you get the person's page wait until it finish's loading.

Thank you for quick reply. I have waited for few minutes before adding her as a friend. it still gives me the same error!! Anyone please!!
