Hi Santiago - ning are changing how everything works currently which has thrown everything up in the air - as soon as the dust has settled I hope to be able to help you out. Sorry I don't have good news at this point for your great idea.

We need some fairly extensive custom theming as well as widget development for our mygizmoz.ning network, which includes both Ning and OScommerce. Some of the work would be in flash, but it's not mandatory that you work in flash - we can farm out that part to another freelancer.

This is the list of what I need done. We can break this down into smaller components. Give me a quote of what this will cost please.

-Score card of all members based on how many people they invite and actually signed up on the site
-Integration of live TV video
-Integration of Youtube
-Set up our own banner advertising on the site
-email verification upon signing up
-making upload of personal photo mandatory upon signing up
-configuring existing members so everyone without a photo shows up last
-enhancement of the Terms of Conditions
-Adding more categories when a person signs up to break down search capabilities lates
-Dividing First and Last Name at sign up
-enhancing search capabilities
-breaking down forum into categories

Nick:

I like your work. I am looking to have someone develop a ning social network from a fully developed concept. The social network must have a CRM component, allowing community emails sent outside the community walls. Also, are you aware of (brief) polling functionality that can be embedded in the outgoing emails?

I am looking to move fairly quickly. Please advise. Thanks.
