how can i create a mobile version of the site?

is there a way to make a mobile version of my social network? with wml and xhtml version with a login, sign-up, chat, forums, my page, members page and the network creator/admin power?

i think it will be a great way to boost the number of members.. and it will be accessible even if your outside.. it doesnt even need wifi.. so please teach me how or where i can create a mobile version where i can still get the member details or the database of my social network..

There currently is a mobile version of all networks available at:

http://YOURNETWORKNAME.ning.com/m

It's styled to fit the iPhone quite nicely but it works perfectly on all web-enabled mobile devices, to my knowledge.

i've already tried it.. the problem is, it does'nt have a chat app for the mobile version.. it would be great to have a mobile chat version of the site.. plus, it will be great if it will have a WML version for lower end phones.. there are many wap surfers here in our country and it will be a big hit for ning if they will have a mobile version applicable to mobile phones ranging from nokia 3510i up to the latest mobile phone..
