Diet mostly, no preservatives and the organic movement has been a god send! No more hormones and additives to the food. But the help of a fantastic DR, in New Jersey is what really helped me get things under control and explained to me more about the disease and insulin resistance.

Well I hope you do not have PCOS as I also suffer from this. I hope you have minor not major symptoms of this. Good Luck to you.

We haven't been able to integrat vB yet but we are planning to develop a similar one that will be compatible with Ning by enhancements.

We've been working on custom projects ever since we started a year ago but we are planning to release subscription based applications in the next couple of months.

We'll keep you posted.
