Then cover letters and samples of work would have to accompany the grant proposal as well as estimates of cost and expected results from the documentary proposal. National Geographic Magazine, United Nations, Greenpeace (environmental concerns) come to mind and there are probably more possibilities.

I lived in a country once that lost most of the forests in the 1960-70's and still if holding out on offers from large paper companies to come and cut down the rest of the forests.
