Public Ning Apps Permalinks Now Available

Hi everyone!

We're excited to let you know that we've rolled out a public-facing version of the Ning Apps directory, complete with permalinks that can be used to promote Ning Apps directly to prospective Network Creators. It's available here:

Here's how to grab a permalink:

1) Click on the logo of a Ning App in the public directory to visit your Ning App's description page.
2) Copy the description page's URL.

You can then spread your permalink to Network Creators as you see fit (Twitter, Facebook, blogs, etc.). When a prospective Network Creator clicks the "Add to My Network" link on your permalink page, they'll enter their Ning Network's URL, then be bounced directly to your app's install page on their network.

Thanks for this. I'm curious to know if there's a list of additional Ning apps in the development pipeline that's accessible to network admins and whether new apps will be released in large batches or rolling as they are approved or some other method entirely. And if it's a batch method, is there an ETA on the next release? And if there's another release, will the new apps be fed into this Apps Directory or a "New Release" category or something similar? Sorry for all the questions. I'm keen to get my hands on a wiki app which I believe was listed as an app in development back in May.
