Hi, I'd like to be able to create Group categories to store multiple groups in each, then use a Drop Down menu to list them for the User to obtain easy access. If anyone has ideas on this could be achieved I would really appreciate your advice.

Hi,
Thanks for your consideration.
I have sourcecode access. I would like to add the drop down feature in my site also. So I asked the code to create a dropdown menu.
Once more thanks,
Vg.
Hello, I found out that you don't need source code access to do that. It's possible to do with css and javascript in the "tracking code". I am working o the final settings. you can see a sample on my website www.port-richmond.com there is a top link saying "web design" I got the code from www.dynamicdrive.com.
I prefer this over requesting source code access because I would not be getting ning updates after pasting my own code.
Hey, I will work out a ready to paste code and share.
I just need some time. This one is very rough now. All the links will have to be entered manually and the original menu suppressed with another css code.
I will get back tou you.

OK after heavy testing it looks like it will be difficult to do it without requesting source code access.
The problem is that the code that is entered into the "tracking code box" is visible on all the pages including the signup and login pages. This makes it unsusable. If it wasn't for that It did look exactly as I wanted.

My code doesnt require you to decentralize or request source.
I have created a system that overlays onto the ning architecture easily. With one file change.
I am willing to give over the source for my menu to someone who may be able to tweak it out, because Im really busy at the moment... It needs a bit of tweaking even though it does work.
Hello, I am willing to do this. I had a similar thing working but it was to complicated to share and implement. If it is really one file I can try. Please email to peter@pentiger.com.
Thanks.
