That's ok, I should have said copy and paste. Just highlight the example in the instructions, right click and choose copy, then paste that into the file editing form.
The pages module publishes raw html, so it won't automatically insert line breaks for you; your users will need to add them in using the <br/> tag at the end of each line. Unfortunately there isn't a way to have it automatically respect line breaks like the forums and text boxes do.
I had a look at your network and it looks like this is working correctly now. You haven't created a 'page' directory in the instances directory though, and that may cause some problems.

I have three instances of pages set up on our site to create classified ads, reviews and directory categories.
Is there a way to change the language file for each page to add a banner ad code, descriptive header text and page titles, rather than just Pages?
I have used the language file to make it say listings, but It would be better to be able to refer to Ads, Reviews, Entry for the title based upon category. Any suggestions on how we can accomplish this?
