Only network creators can do this

find the box marked
my.xg_profiles_layout (string)

Now this is were you want to be real careful, wrong step here could result in loss data of the User account
Click Edit this Object

now I'm going to break it down

1 To add a textbox =

2 To add a Rss Feed=

[module widgetName="feed" action="embed1" embedInstanceId="4"/]

change the # of the embedinstanceid=" # "/ i just put a number after the one in there like "51" "41" easy

Left side of the page is at the top of the code
starts at [column width="3"]
and ends [/column]
right above the [module widgetName="activity"
Is were you will find [/column] All the code after [/column] Is the middle of the page
Move the different Modules around in the parts of the code to change your user page.

yes, you can change any members picture.

go to: http://YOURSITE.ning.com/admin/index/manage

Scroll down to "user" and click it.

Then search through the members until you find the one you're looking for.

Then click "edit this object"

Look for "thumbnailUrll", in this box is the url to the current photo. Type or paste in the url to the photo you would like to add.

That is it. Be careful because its not hard to mess things up.

are you using you ning adress or your domain name.MUST BE YOUR NING ADDRESS

ONLY THE NETWORK CREATOR CAN USE THE CONTENT MANGER

after you login it will ask for the network creators pin

yes i did sir! I enter my domain name. then i used this format----> http://mydomainname.ning.com/admin/manage
after i enter it show the log in form then after that it redirect me to log in form again. i tried it so many times. what do you think is the main problem? (I have my own sourcescode)

you click this and it ask for you to login and once you login in it asks you to login
but it never lets you in the content manger it just keeps on asking you to login
is this is whats going on

ok, This is the coolest thing EVER! I just started creating and working on my network and I'm obsessed!

Do I have this right? If I change anything with the code you provided it's for one specific user, not all users? Correct?

If so, is there a way to change the profile page for all users. I'm still learning what's possible with and without getting access to the code.

yes it just for each user not all user's
i haven't found out how to change the user page for all the users yet
but i think Ning has plans in the works

Is there any way to use this script to remove a members friends list before banning them, so they cannot communicate cross networks, and continue to try and steal members from my network? Thx Jim
