Constitutional Promise

We the People, as a direct result of the power vested in us by the Constitution of the United States of America, do hereby re-affirm our Declaration of Independence of 1776; and thus pronounce that our several States, and the Federal government of We the People, beyond the control of and not subject to the dictates of the “Progressive Promise” [pledge] unlawfully established by the Democratic Progressive Caucus. This doctrine is an illicit and intentional contrivance used by the Democratic Progressive Caucus in accordance with a Socialist form of government which, according to the Laws of the United States of America, are in direct violation of the United States Constitution. Be it known, that We the People direct the immediate cease and desist of the use of the “Progressive Promise” as policy for the United States. This policy is an unlawful decree falsely, unconstitutionally and publicly currently in use by the Democratic Progressive Caucus for our legislative and executive branches of government in lieu of our legally ratified Constitution. The contents of the “Progressive Promise” conflicts with and offends the original intent of our Constitution.

We the People of the United States of America set forth our authority granted by our Founding Fathers that our elected Legislative bodies adhere to the original intent of a our Constitution and that the United States remain as that of a Republic.
