What is going on with the profiles??

Members who are online are no longer showing up online. Also, how do I delete a photo. There is no way to delete one and my members are getting upset. Can someone help me please.
I love this platform, but somethings don't work:)

Yeah, I went to Chinatown for dinner and then hung out at Fanueil Hall in Boston. Weather's been good.
