Now this is were you want to be real careful, wrong step here could result in loss data of the User account
Click Edit this Object

 

now I'm going to break it down

1 To add a textbox =

2 To add a Rss Feed=

change the # of the embedinstanceid=" # "/ i just put a number after the one in there like "51" "41" easy

Left side of the page is at the top of the code
starts at [column width="3"]
and ends [/column]
right above the [module widgetName="activity"
Is were you will find [/column] All the code after [/column] Is the middle of the page
Move the different Modules around in the parts of the code to change your user page.

I followed up until this step, however I cannot find anything that says, "thumbnailUrll"

Any advice?

well, I think I cannot find it there because that user has not uploaded any profile photos as of yet, At least that is my best guess right now

Tried this, however, my network has over 4700 members, which means I can't just scroll through every one to find the one I want. I tried filtering by screen name and that didn't seem to work. How do I find the member I'm looking for???

Look for "thumbnailUrll", in this box is the url to the current photo. Type or paste in the url to the photo you would like to add.

That is it. Be careful because its not hard to mess things up.
