    In the CSS for this, look for #xg_masthead and then delete or change the background-image part of that CSS

    In that same xg_masthead you need to remove the border property.
    Then for the removal of the name, are you going to use a graphic?
    If so you can add it MANAGE>APPEARANCE>ALL OPTIONS and then you will see NETWORK LOGO.
    You can do this too: #xg_head display:none; but use the right brackets and such.
