Making changes with the Language Editor will not stop the automatic updates.

The only event which will take you off the auto-update plan is if you requested the source code. It doesn't actually matter if you made changes or not - if you requested source code, you'll no longer get updates.

BTW..please add questions like these to the forums going-forward so (a) others might benefit from the discussion and (b) other people might be in a position to answer before I get to it. Thanks.
