Source Code Access - difficulty

I have been trying to get the source code for the past 5 days and all I'm getting from Ning is questions, as to why I want the code. I was previously able to receive source code for my Premium Network (gizter.ning.com) without any issues. I have hired developers, to start developing for me on Ning, but instead of developing they are now waiting around while I'm jumping through hoops trying to get source code access.

This is becoming counterproductive. Is Ning under new management, and is Ning now screening who can receive source code and if this is the case then I would like to know what are the qualifications for receiving source code??
