How do i Add Modules or Widget from OpenSocial Directory to my network

Can anyone give instructions on how to add the following to my Network.

1) Tag Friends

Hi DJ - the XML file that was attach looks to be a bit corrupted. The first step is to make sure that XML file is available, either on your network or off another accessible server. From there, you can follow the instructions at this tutorial in the Help Center, entering the URL of the XML file rather than going to the Gadgets Directory. Thanks! -Ernie
