Increasing size of the mini avatar on the 'manage members' page/s

Hi, I've been digging around the files of my network to find out how to increase the size of those tiny avatars that appear when you are approving members. From looking at the source code it looks like they are set at 12x12 pixels. Can anyone please point me to how to increase the size of them so I can see clearly what the avatar looks like without having to click on to view the full profile?

I suspect it's either in the css somewhere or perhaps in the form as hard coded html?

Any ideas?

Try: widgets/index/templates/membership/table.php

I had to edit lines: 31 (table width), 51, 53, 56 (to set the actual size). Good luck!
