Photo Tab does not appear

For some reason the Photos tab does not appear on my network, although the Photos widget does work if I call it using the url "http://www.filmixer.com/photo" I'm trying to figure out why this is happening. I don't recall updating any code that would impact this. I just happen to notice it missing
