Merging Source Code

Does anyone know if there is a way to merge source code yet? I had requested my source code, but then I learned that there wasn't a way to merge code at the time so I recentralized my code. But I would like to request it again, but not until there is a way to merge it with ning's code.

Have you tried any text comparison utilities such as Windiff to try to merge your code?
