Best Way to add Web 2.0 Buttons (Onlywire, Stumbleupon, Addthis, etc...)

I'd like to add these to my site, and wondering if anyone else has done this, and the best way they believe to go about it?

I need bookmarking buttons to some dutch bookmarkingsites, do you have a java script code for this Mike? And do I have to add the script to a textbox in the frontpage?
