What are your rates. I don't have a budget right now but I could offer free advertisement space. I have 3000 members consisting of indie artist who are in need of constant web development work for their websites.
Hi Bevin, the price can change depending on amount of work, timeline etc - the best thing to do it get in touch from our website and give us a bit more information - that way we can give you the best price.
sure is something we can do - looks like you'll need to get the source code so you can manipulate the header file - let me know if we can help.

Hi -
I looked at your sites. I am trying to mask the name www.ydivorce.com. The site was registered w godaddy. i made all changes that they suggested. I also did what ning told me to do. Did you have a problem w the masking? Sometimes I make a change and the first page will show ydivorce.com, but the other pages will have the .ning.com attached.
If you've purchased the Use Your Own Domain premium service, there's a simple way that you can make sure that visitors to your network always reach it though your domain rather than via its ning.com address. This involves making a small change to your network's source code, but it doesn't require that you have the full source code for your network, and it won't cause any problems with receiving automatic updates of network code. Even if you've never looked at an html file in your life, it's not too hard. The first step is to get to the code editing screen for your network. If your network address on Ning is (for example) example.ning.com, then the url you would need to edit your code would be:
You should be able to cut and paste the url above into a new browser window and then change 'example' at the end to the appropriate address for your network.
Once you've loaded up the code editing screen for your network, click on the file called index.php; it will show you some code that looks like this:

Hello: I would like to incorporate "On-Line Dance Battles" into my network. This requires the following functionality
1) Ability to allow users to upload or import 60 second clips of footage and then submit the clip as a "challenge" against another video clip. It would be a dance battle, and users would have the opportunity to VOTE on which clip they prefer.
2) Rankings - thes results of the dance battles would produce a ranking system,. where users can see who the most successful dancers are.
3) Mash-Ups / Video Editing. Users would be able to create their own video compilations on the Network, similar to Jumpcut.com. They could select clips from different video offerings, create transitions in the editing, and add their own music.
4) Style of Application would need to be 2.0 - very user friendly and intuitive.
This is a long-term project and I look forward to working with any experienced developer who understands the concept and can implement it.
