Do people need to become members of jooqfone to use it?

Hi Sunfrog,
I posted on the forum about this yesterday. A simple three step sign up is necessary. We are not like other apps because we have to securely look after credit that our users buy. JOOQFone actally remembers your login info so you only need to enter it once.
