English (US) Language file needed for Arabic translation

Is it possible to get the English (US) language file from the Ning site? I can extract it from the system as txt file but it looks a bit garbled. Problem is, we'll get a consultant to translate it in Arabic and would be easier if we can get an access to such file in a word format or so. Please suggest.

I am also interested in developing a series of Arabic based communities of practice sites for professionals within the Iraqi government. This would be a US Govt funded project and we would also be willing to collaborate on such an effort to create the Arabic language system file.
