I see a "flash" of sides color when I change between the tabs. How to get rid of this...?

When I move between the different tabs (members, main, video, etc.) I sometimes see the sides color loading first and then the rest of the page. My sides color is at the moment yellow, so it really jumps out. Is there any way to change the code so that sides color is loaded last...? Or is there some other solution to this problem (besides changing the sides color to black=less noticeable)...?

I found one Ning site that doesn't have the "flashing". It is http://geeks.pirillo.com/ ,but he has probably accessed the source code...

I found the solution to this problem: Don't use any flash widgets on the main site. Then everything works just great...
