Advanced Tab in Appearance not working

I tried to click on the Advanced tab instead of using premade templates, and I get "javascript:void(0);" when I hover over it, nothing happens of course when I click.

Went in and made sure my Firefox 3.03 settings were allowing javascript. Checked it in IE7, and got an error on clicking:

Char 26

Error: Exception thrown and not caught.

Can someone help me so I can get this designed?

Actually, clicking on any of the template options are redirecting to the Manage page.

SO, it's kind of flipping out all over the place.

AND...mine is now working.

Something must have burped, ladies. Refresh or re-try your appearance settings and click on "Advanced." I can access mine, now.
