Profile Questions not displayed on My Page

Hi,

me again.
Lot of strange things those days.
I already search on forum to find an answer but no issue like mine.

Profile questions i have defined aren't displayed on "My page".
There's no "Profile" bloc displayed.

Does someone know how to make it appearing.
