Email are sent without subject in spaces

Hi,

My problem is like this: All mail sent by my ning network arrives without spaces in the subject of the email.
ie, instead of "Welcome to group X on Network Name"
I get
"Welcometo groupXon Network Name"

My network is translated into hebrew

Any Idea on where to look for this? I tried the xg_message directory under lib, but I can't find the email headers part...

The same problem is with any other language using UTF-8 encoding... )))
Solution is somewhere "down the road" as they say... )))
