include chat and tab manager

hello,
i want to include in my network new chat and tab manager but i am owner of my code and i don't see the new features in my administrator tab, can i include?, how?

I am sure there is a way to get this feature but at this time i don't know how i am new to the TAB Manger and if i figure it out i will let you know

You mentioned an "administrator tab". These new functions are probably only available to the owner (Network Creator) via the MANAGE tab.

I have noticed Tab feature today and already have used that successfully. Great!
Also I can see Chat feature in the FEATURES section.
It should work for everyone.

My problem is that I asked for code and therefore I lost the support and updates, and for this reason I do not see in the administration tab the new applications "chat" and "manage tab", my question is if I can to include chat and manage tab in my network

For some reason the New Tab Manager will not except my Java Script onto the newly created page? Syntax looks good I have other players running on the site. Probably a simple answer for a simple guy!
