Sync Account/Login Information

I was thinking about integrating Ning with/within our existing webservice, and had a general authentication question.

We want to provide our users with a fairly seamless integration with Ning - so that they can log into their existing accounts (accounts on our webservice, not Ning accounts), and then be able to access our Ning "Social Network" from within that session - without having to separately login to Ning and/or create a Ning account.

Does Ning provide this authentication functionality, or will our users need to create and maintain both an account on our service, and a separate Ning account?

Currently There Is No Way To Do This They Would Need To Create A Login At Both Websites And Maintain Them There Self's Alot Of people Have Asked For This And I Am Surprised That NING Has Not Done This.
