Ning Private Code License

Hi,

How do I get 'ning private code license'?

If I'm putting my code in 'xn_private' do I still need the private code license?
I realize that the code in the private folder is hidden from other users but does ning allow to distribute this code?

I'm talking about the license of the code I add to my network.
It could be public or private.
In the 'terms of service' the difference between private and public code is described but it is not mentioned how to get a private license.

How do I get this premium service?
This is the list I get when I go to the premium services:
Remove Ning Promotion Links, Control the Ads, Use Your Own Domain Name, Get More Storage and Bandwidth.

If I put my code under the folder 'xn_private' it is supposed to be hidden from other users. Does ning as a company still allowed to view my code and use it?

If You Put Your Whole Code In xn_private then no one els can see it but NING can

They can see it but are they allowed to copy it?
