Does Ning auto change my uploaded video size to 426x324.?

While the Ning is converting the video i uploaded, does it auto change my video size?

Yes....the only work around that we have found is to add videos as attachments to discussions.

BTW for video uploads (not attachments), we've gotten the best results from compressing our video as IPhone movies (m4v).
