Integrate Autoresponder

I am seeking a developer to integrate autoresponders so that when a visitor sign up as a member their info is added to an autoresponder. I am also seeking the same when a member of the network joins a group within the network they are added to that groups autoresponder so that we can communicate with group members using auto mailing sequence

We have a budget available for these developments but would like to find a long term relationship with a developer or development company as we have other modifications we would like to add in the coming months as revenue permits.
