UPLOAD IMAGES PROBLEMS - Help!

A member in my network keeps getting the following error: Unable to upload, please remove file ***** before uploading other images

He has tried over and over... can U please help me. Im about to loose him.

Hi Leo - can you have the member of your network send a bug report to our Help Center? Have him include screen shots if he can - that way one of the Advocates can take a closer look at his issue. Thanks! -Ernie
