Having Problems With: Adding Language Options For Members

I tried this but it didn't work i just kept getting an error message when i try to access my network. I uploaded the php files I tried. Could you please tell me what I did wrong.

The reply from Ning doesn't help at all - unfortunately.
I have all language files installed and have not changed them. So THAT is not the reason for the error.
Bad - because the function would be VERY clever.
