Headliner Ad Code Not Working! Can someone help me please?

I tried to use the code to place ads in the headliner section of my networks. I followed the simple directions and placed the code in the track statistics area and nothing happened. Can someone help me please with an updated code or something.

There are no errors. I'm familar with html and when I place the code in the track statistics box and click save nothing changes at all. The ad doesn't show up. Ill give you 1 of my networks but nothing is there for you to see. www.girls4girlz.com
