Is there a way to create a Private page within a Public network?

I followed the instruction on "Adding Pages to your Network" and it works great. My question is, is there a way to make this page only accessible by members without making my whole network private?

I used this new tab as Chat page. I would like to limit the access to this by my networks only if possible.

I saw a discussion on how to make a public page within the private network so I think that it is possible to do a reverse.

If I ask for access to source code is it a simple procedure to make a certain page private? if possible, can you share the procedure here? I understand simple programming but not familiar with PHP. Also, since I create the page that I wanted to make private using the "Adding pages to your network" instruction which does not need access to source code, can I just add the code to that same page where I input the code for the page?
