Wanted: Ning Developers / Themers for Project Work ASAP

We're currently seeking the services of talented Ning developers, coders, themers and modders with pretty serious skills who can work with us to execute sweet Ning sites. We have two projects in process that require immediate assistance, and would be considered full Ning builds, not minor mods. We have good budgets and semi-tight timelines. One project is in the field of action sports, the other mixed martial arts / gaming, so it will be fun stuff.

Our in-house team will be responsible for designs, layouts, content structure, with the developer being responsible for functionality, themes and custom mods. Of course, there will be some back and forth initially to gain the insight of the developer regarding structure and what can and can't be done.
