Creating selectable custom themes

I'm interested in creating ning themes. I would like to add these themes to the themes available to my network members. Is this possible? Is there any documentation on this? Is the developer network the right place too inquire about this or the creators forum?

It is possible to do this, but you would have to have source code access. If you go to this link I have the instructions there along with a free skin!
