How to add a Feature Enabled Page at Ning

I'm trying to create a new page that allows me to add Features/Widgets the same way we can do at the Main Page. I know that this should be really trivial but I simply cannot make it work. The best I get is a new page with a Text Editor.
Can anybody give me some directions
Please see that I capable of Adding Widgets.

you can add a new tab which will give you a new page
go into manage/tab manager

Doing the way you say don't allow me to add Widgets to the page! I get only a HTML Editor on the Page...

oh okay,yeah your right can't add widgets like that

how about a new text box? i dunno sorry :(

This is a bit complicated, may I know what features you need to include in your pages? is this OpenSocial?
