Subscription Sites and Ecommerce

1.) Is there a built in way to setup a basic shopping cart system in Ning?

2.) Is there a built in way to make a subscription based site in Ning so users will have access to certain pages after subscribing/paying?

Really need a subscription module or widget.. Mods no longer supports theirs and it is going offline in a few months.

It will really still be online, just not going to provide (free) support anymore.
